The 7th SaaStr Annual is the largest non-vendor confab in the world, uniting the global B2B SaaS community both online and off. We want to help everyone scale faster and with less stress and more success!
In 2021, over 5,000+ attendees (in-person and digital) including Founders, Senior Executives, and Cloud VCs will come together over three action-packed days of high-quality networking, learning from those who’ve done it, and of course, networking, happy hours, and plenty of fun.
The '21 Annual will take place at the 50 acres SAN MATEO COUNTY EVENT CENTER, 1346 Saratoga Drive, San Mateo, CA 94403, approximately 30 minutes from San Francisco. You can also take the Caltrain from downtown San Francisco/ or anyone in the Bay Area really. We do recommend out-of-towners stay wherever they are most comfortable. There will be a dedicated Uber/Lyft/ rideshare drop-off at Annual to make getting in and out easy for those staying in SF proper or in the peninsula.
Note that most of the Annual will be outside this year. In accordance with our broader Health & Safety guidelines, about 90% of Annual will be outside this year, to promote a safer, more comfortable gathering for our expected number of in-person attendees. There will be tons of elbow room, with the stages, sponsors, networking areas and more spread out across 50+ acres outside at the San Mateo County Event Center. Dress appropriately, it will be warm in the afternoons.

If you have a paid ticket from Annual 2020, your ticket is still valid for SaaStr Annual 2021 (in-person + digitally.) You should have received an email (or two :)) from us regarding how to confirm your registration details to this year’s Annual. If you can not find this email or have another question regarding an Annual 2020 ticket order, please reach out to our team at annual@saastrinc.com and we’ll be in touch to help.
We’ve been working closely with San Mateo County officials and the host venue, the San Mateo County Event Center to host a safe, and comfortable gathering this September. Please refer to our most current Health & Safety guidelines and note that these will continue to evolve and update as we get closer to the event dates.
Here are the 3 things to bring with you:
#1 Vaccine Verification: Proof of vaccine verification is required for all in-person attendees. No exceptions will be allowed. Upload your vaccine proof here (or at time of registration.) All sponsors must be registered by September 1st.
#2 Proof of Negative COVID Test: All sponsors and attendees will be required to show proof of negative COVID test within 72 hours of entrance. Rapid test are readily available at most airports, over-the-counter stores, online and at our satellite registration locations
#3 Daily Temperature Checks: All attendees will be required to undergo a daily, passive temperature check upon entry to SaaStr Annual. On a returning day, look for the check-in lines for existing badge-holders.
Badge swapping is strictly prohibited at this year’s event due to our increased health & safety protocols. A daily temperature and ID check will be in place to ensure compliance.
Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, please contact annual@saastrinc.com with your order confirmation number and the registration details of who you’d like to transfer your ticket to (first name, last name, email address, company, and title.).
